Platform Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) set out the rules for using the Noblefundaven platform. They explain the respective responsibilities and rights of you, the user, and the platform operator. Read them carefully before creating an account, entering the platform or completing a transaction. Once accepted, they form a legally binding agreement with the applicable counterparty.

When you sign up, sign in, use a platform function or otherwise interact with Noblefundaven, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use. The service is restricted to people aged 18 or above. Anyone under 18, or anyone lacking the required legal capacity, must not use it. Where age or eligibility cannot be verified, access may be limited and the account may be suspended or terminated.

Access to the platform may sometimes be affected by technical faults, planned maintenance, software releases or broader service interruptions. Market volatility, unusually high demand and events outside our reasonable control can also lead to delays or downtime. We aim to provide reliable access, but uninterrupted availability cannot be promised. Noblefundaven may add, amend or remove features, algorithms, market information, pricing information or supported markets without creating a right to compensation.

Content made available through the platform—including written material, images, artwork, software, algorithms, trade marks, logos and AI-generated analysis—is protected by copyright, trade mark rights and other intellectual property rights owned by Noblefundaven or its licensors. You must not reproduce, share, publish or exploit this content commercially without prior written consent. Breaches may lead to civil proceedings or criminal action.

Any information you submit must be accurate, complete and updated when necessary, including your identity, contact and payment details. False, incomplete or outdated information may lead to access restrictions, withdrawal limits or legal proceedings. Personal information is handled under our privacy policy and applicable UK data protection requirements, including the UK GDPR, with appropriate safeguards and transparent processing.

You remain solely responsible for every investment or trading choice made through Noblefundaven, whether you place it yourself or it is generated through AI automation, together with any resulting consequences. Noblefundaven supplies software and trading tools only and does not provide tailored financial advice, investment recommendations or profit guarantees. Shares, cryptoassets and other markets may change rapidly, and you could lose all of the money committed. Earlier performance should not be treated as a reliable guide to future outcomes. Risk only funds you can afford to lose.

We may revise or supplement these Terms when necessary, including because of regulatory changes, technical developments or changing market circumstances. Where reasonably practicable, we will normally give at least 14 days’ notice before changes come into force, using email, an in-platform message or a notice on the website. If you continue using the service after that date, you will be treated as having accepted the revised Terms. If a material change is introduced, you may choose to close your account.

Straightforward information and user protection are central to how we operate. Our safeguards include current encryption, routine reviews, segregated client funds and detailed KYC/AML controls. Platform use and transactions are documented in a transparent, auditable manner. We aim to act fairly and responsibly towards users while maintaining the safeguards that support their confidence.
